Barrel-aged Imperial Stout

Beer : Barrel : Time Single Double Triple is our newest non-adjunct Missouri Imperial Stout, a special blend of barrels which were selected to become BBT, yet we explored double-barrel and triple-barrel-aging a portion, before carefully selecting and blending an iteration of Beer : Barrel : Time we have never shared before. Three unique brew days were finished in three unique barrels for three different lengths of time.

Time: 29 Months

Barrel: Buffalo Trace Mash #2 & Willett Bourbon
Time: 56 Months

Recipe: Vibes
Barrels: Willett Bourbon, Willett Bourbon & Weller 
Time: 24 Months

ABV:  15%  |  375ml
